Introducing an exquisite design for a new two-story home, this residence features an inviting front porch that sets the tone for warmth and hospitality. Mariner Finance Waldorf, Md & Richmond Va.
We delivered a comprehensive array of construction documents for the interior fit-out of two distinct locations, situated in Waldorf, Maryland, and Richmond, Virginia. Our team ensured that both spaces adhered strictly to current building regulations as well as the latest ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) requirements.The design process focused on creating functional and aesthetically pleasing office environments, thoughtfully incorporating a breakroom to promote employee relaxation and collaboration. We also introduced a new ADA-compliant bathroom that features a dedicated mop sink area, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation. Additionally, we included the installation of a new Hi-lo drinking fountain, making hydration accessible to all.To facilitate a smooth process, we provided detailed project management services and expedited the permitting process for our client, ensuring compliance and efficiency every step of the way.
